THE FUTURE OF HEALTH STARTS Here.
The future of healthcare isn’t written yet—it’s shaped by leaders like you. Be part of the Radical Health Fellowship and drive innovation, equity, and transformation across the health landscape.
ALL ABOUT THE FELLOWSHIP
At Radical Health, we’re committed to transforming healthcare by elevating leaders with lived experience who have been excluded from traditional pathways into the health sector. Our fellowship empowers those passionate about creating change in their communities by providing the training, resources, and support needed to lead the way.
We seek leaders who bring a deep understanding and commitment to advancing health equity. As fellows, they become lifelong members of the Radical Health community and work across diverse areas—health advocacy, digital health, and community navigation—to reshape the health landscape and ensure no one has to health alone.
COLLECTIVE SUPPORT. IMPACTFUL LEADERSHIP. LASTING SUCCESS.
Our fellowship is built on the principles of collective support, empowering fellows to achieve success and drive impactful change in healthcare and beyond.

OUR UNIQUE SELECTION PROCESS
Our selection process has been carefully crafted and refined to identify high-potential leaders with lived experience and a deep commitment to transforming healthcare. While our process evolves to meet the needs of an ever-changing healthcare landscape, these core principles remain at the heart of our selection model.

What Past Fellows Have Shared *
“Each circle I attended was very informational. I gained the strength of publicly speaking. I felt comfortable to share the information that was given to me to others.”
-2023 Fellow
“The fellowship was amazing, being able to connect with individuals who have been trained, but also meeting new community members and teaming up with them to conduct our circles was insightful and uplifting.”
- 2024 Fellow
“From day 1-5 the Radical Health training was a brave space to learn, to share and to grow in the spirit of being of service to others. More important, the radical heath training was about for me a place to dig deep into finding my purpose in life. Thank you R.H.”
